What is personalising and how does this work on the website?
You can start making your gift by clicking the βstart personalisingβ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.
Is personalisation included in the price? The price shown is your starting price. Some products have options to customise further β such as adding a gift box, choosing different sizes, or selecting additional personalisation. Your full price will be shown clearly at checkout once you've selected all your options. No surprises β just honest pricing.Β
How do I know if my picture has the right quality?
We want to ensure youβre completely happy with your gift, so using high-quality photos is key. If youβre unsure about your image quality, donβt hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Just send them your photo and the gift youβre interested in, and theyβll be happy to check the quality for you.
Can I use pre-uploaded monograms?
Yes, you can! We offer a selection of pre-uploaded monograms, and you can easily add your name to them. Itβs a quick and simple way to personalize your gift!
Is my gift wrapped? Most of our gifts arrive ready to give β beautifully presented and perfect for gifting straight away. Some products also have the option to add a premium gift box, and we mostly use magnetic gift boxes for that extra special touch. Keep an eye on the product description for available options. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days at info@krevana.co.uk with a photo and we'll make it right β whether that's a replacement or a refund. Is an invoice included with the order?
No, the invoice is not included with the package. Instead, you will receive it via email in the order confirmation. You can also access it anytime in your MyKrevana account. This ensures that gifts can be sent directly to the recipient as a true surprise!
